Instructions for Scheduling an Appointment 

Instructions for Attending Virtually (Online)

Parent-teacher conferences will be held IN PERSON on Wednesday, October 23rd and VIRTUALLY on Thursday, October 24th.  

On Wednesday, 10/9, at 8:00 a.m., we will begin taking appointments for conferences. To schedule a conference with one or more teachers, please login to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and follow the directions below.  If you need assistance, contact Debra Combs at 816-986-3058.

Instructions for Scheduling Online

Conference scheduling is now integrated within PowerSchool. To view appointments and sign up, please follow the steps below:

    1. Log into the PowerSchool Public Portal.
    2. Click Conference Scheduing from the left navigation menu.

Conference Scheduling

    1. Under your student, click the event Fall Conferences.

Event Name

    1. Follow the rest of the on screen steps to schedule appointments as needed.

Instructions for Attending ONLINE Parent/Teacher Conferences

Virtual (Online) conferences will be  held via Google Meet.

  1. Follow the directions in this   Parent Guide for Conferences to attend your virtual (online) conference(s)
  2. Follow the directions and wait for the teacher to grant access – most teachers will have full schedules so you may have to wait for the conference before you to end
