About Dr. Collins
Dr. Collins has served as principal of Lee’s Summit North High School since 2022. His educational background includes a doctor of education degree in Educational Leadership from William Woods University. He also holds a specialist’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Missouri and master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Baker University and a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
He previously served as the director of the LSR7 Secondary Online Academy in 2021-2022 and as an assistant principal at LSN for eight years. Prior to that, he was a social studies teacher, football coach, and baseball coach at LSN.
Dr. Collins is also a proud LSN graduate from the class of 2003.

About Dr. Conard
Dr. Conard’s education background includes a doctor of education degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University. He also holds a specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Saint Louis University, a masters degree in Athletic Administration from Northwest Missouri State University and a bachelor’s degree in Education: Special Education Cross Categorical from Northwest Missouri State University.
He previously served as a Special Education teacher for the past 13 years at Pleasant Lea Middle School. He was also a head football coach, cross country coach, wrestling coach, SPED facilitator and LEAD teacher.
Dr. Conard is a proud graduate from LSR7 (LSHS class of 03’).

About Dr. Graff
Dr. Graff has worked at Lee’s Summit North High School since 2002. Her educational background includes a doctor of education degree in Educational Leadership from St. Louis University. She also holds a specialist’s degree in Educational Leadership from St. Louis University, a master’s degree in Teaching from Webster University, and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education from Missouri State University.
She previously served as a math teacher, tennis, basketball, cross-country, and track coach at LSN. During that time, Dr. Graff also served as assistant director of summer school and as Bronco Time Coordinator.
Dr. Graff is also a proud LSN graduate from the class of 1998.

About Mr. McGurk
Mr. McGurk has been at LSN since 2013. His educational background includes an education specialist degree in Education Leadership from the University of Central Missouri, a master’s degree in Education Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
Mike began his career in education as an English teacher at Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke, VA. He then served as the Director of Student Activities at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology for one year, at James W. Robinson Secondary School for five years, and at Jefferson City Public Schools for five years. Mr. McGurk became athletic director at LSN in 2013.

About Ms. Williams
Ms. Williams educational Background is an Educational Specialist in Educational Administration from the University of Missouri -Kansas City, a Master’s Degree in English from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor’s from Missouri Valley College in English.
This year begins her 23rd year in education. Ms. Williams taught and Coached Track in the Hickman Mills School district, English at Ruskin High School for 11 years, 3 Years at the Hickman Mills Freshman Center. In the Raytown school District for 6 Years as a Track coach and English teacher at Raytown High School. She has also been an Adjunct Professor at Avila, UMKC, and UCM.

About Mr. Woolf
Mr. Woolf holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education Administration from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor’s in Communications from Truman State University.
Prior to joining LSN in 2024, Mr. Woolf served as a Principal in Center School District for 6 years, lead teacher in Independence School District for 3 years, and a Math and ELA teacher in Center School District for 9 years.
